Reformer Pilates
Designed to create change in your body through unique flows of movement on the reformer machine.
As your body and ability changes so will your program.
Mat Pilates
Improve your flexibility, tone and strength and create a lengthened and leaner physique all while working up a sweat with a hit of cardio that will invigorate the body.
Body Flow
Stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Pilates.
Strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred and happy.
