Founder and Principle of On Track Pilates

I have worked in the fitness industry for 35 years, and taught lots of different forms of fitness classes and programs. I have always had the passion to help and inspire others to achieve their best. I grew up in the local area on a family farm, playing lots of sport as a junior and had a fond love of running.
Over the years I’ve had to overcome a lot of my own challenges and with this it has made me even more passionate about helping others.
I have seen the fitness industry come and go but have become a real advocate for the functional and aesthetic benefits that Pilates can being to the human form.
Pilates was founded by Joseph Pilates – one of my favourite quotes “Change happens through movement and movement heals” this is so true in every aspect of life.
At On Track my clients are at the forefront of everything I do and my focus is to make a meaningful impact on the mind and body – this is where true wellness stems from.
I wanted to share with our local community a beautiful calming space to come and find that connection with our human bodies. Challenge our movements and make our bodies stronger. I hope I have achieved this space with On Track.
Behind the name you ask of On Track. I teach Pilates and my alignment quote “feet knee hips shoulder all on your tram tracks”. We need to keep our fitness/health journey On Track, this space I’ve created overlooks the train tracks.
Thank you to a couple of my girlfriends walking the lake in lockdown they too encouraged me to take the next step with this business name.
